About the Role We are seeking a passionate and organised Lifestyle Coordinator to lead the planning and delivery of engaging lifestyle programs within our aged care facility. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing residents’ quality of life by creating meaningful, person-centred activities that promote connection, independence, and wellbeing. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who is creative, proactive, and enjoys leading programs that make a real difference every day. This role is full time and the salary range is $75,000 to $85,000 per annum + super. Sponsorship Opportunities will also be available for the right candidate.

Requirements

  • Experience in lifestyle coordination, activities, or aged care (essential)
  • Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or similar qualification
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for improving the lives of older people
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement a diverse lifestyle and activities program
  • Lead and coordinate group and individual activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities
  • Promote social, cultural, and community engagement opportunities
  • Supervise and support Lifestyle Assistants and volunteers
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the care team
  • Ensure programs align with aged care standards and individual care plans
  • Coordinate events, outings, and special celebrations
  • Maintain accurate documentation, calendars, and reporting
