About The Position
Assist with all Aquatic operations of the Athletic Department in such a manner to ensure the highest level of success.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a lifeguard.
- Holds Current CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Training Certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist Wellness & Longevity Director with supervising of dress code, safety issues and cleanliness of the pool and family locker room.
- Report anyone consistently breaking house rules.
- Assures that customer service standards are consistently attained pertaining to Members and guests.
- Provide daily private swim lesson report including amount billed and number of trainings to W & L Director.
- Provide complete biography of his/herself, and availability.
- Handle any emergencies that may arise and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Complete all administrative tasks given by the W & L Director.
- Provide information about swim lessons and events to members.
- Makes' recommendations for maintenance, repair and upkeep of the pool, its equipment and other areas of the club.
- Leadership by example, displayed in work and attitude.
