Requirements

• Must enjoy working with children (ages 4 months to 12 years).
• Excellent verbal skills to interact with parents and team members.
• A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
• Must pass background examinations prior to starting.
• High-energy personality that fits our "one-of-a-kind" culture.
• Must already hold a lifeguard certification (American Red Cross, Jeff Ellis & Associates, or YMCA).

Responsibilities

• Provide active lifeguard supervision to keep all swimmers safe.
• Provide first aid and CPR as necessary (training provided).
• Maintain a high-energy, positive atmosphere for children and parents.
• Ensure the pool area remains clean and organized during shifts.
