About The Position

Springs Water Park is seeking friendly adults to work as lifeguards during weekday mornings at their year-round, shallow-water indoor water park. The position offers premium pay for year-round day shift availability, with opportunities for advancement. The park operates Thursday-Sunday during the school year and daily during breaks and holidays. This role is ideal for adults with teaching or medical experience.

Requirements

• At least 16 years old.
• Friendly and outgoing; comfortable and confident in interacting with people.
• Able to work for 8 hours in a warm, humid environment.
• Able to provide extraordinary customer service.
• Successful completion of Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training class is required for continued employment.
• Must be flexible regarding scheduling.
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous lifeguard training/experience is not necessary.
• Friday day shift availability preferred (9:30am-4:15pm).
• Adults with teaching/medical experience.

Responsibilities
