Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation required
Nice To Haves
- Red Cross Lifeguard Certification preferred
- Certification classes available at the resort’s expense
Responsibilities
- Monitor swimming areas and ensure guest safety at all times
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for our guests
- Uphold the pristine appearance of our tropical biosphere and pool areas
- Verify guest access to ensure amenities are reserved for hotel guests
- Provide outstanding guest service and assist guests with various needs
- Serve as an ambassador of Crystal Springs Resort hospitality
