The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist helps OSV build meaningful, ongoing relationships with Catholic parishes, schools, and dioceses through thoughtful customer engagement campaigns. This role plans, coordinates, and executes marketing communications that support onboarding, product adoption, renewal, and long-term customer value. Working closely with product, sales, customer success, and creative teams, this person will turn customer insights into clear, mission-aligned campaigns that help ministry leaders get the most from OSV’s products and services. The Specialist works closely with product management, sales, customer success, and creative teams to plan and execute campaigns that are informed by customer needs, aligned with OSV’s mission, and relevant to ministry leaders, educators, and catechists. This role may also support marketing projects for American Church Inc. (ACI), an OSV company, and contribute to targeted account engagement efforts as the organization continues to grow its lifecycle and retention marketing approach.
