Practice Better
CA$120,000 - CA$130,000Remote

About The Position

Practice Better is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join their growing team. This role is crucial for retention and expansion, focusing on helping practitioners derive value from the platform's integration ecosystem. The specialist will build, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns to guide practitioners in discovering and adopting relevant tools and integrations, ensuring they remain engaged and maximize their use of the platform over time. The position operates at the intersection of Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Experience (CX), and Product, requiring close collaboration to monitor account health, understand partner priorities, and identify opportune moments for practitioner growth within the platform. This role offers significant scope for increased ownership as the individual develops in the position. The role is remote-first and open to Canadian-based candidates only, who must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Practice Better cannot support work permit or visa sponsorships.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, partnership marketing, or customer marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Ideally, experience with product-led growth (PLG) motions.
  • Experience executing behavior-triggered, segmented email and in-app campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of retention and expansion metrics (attach rates, cohorts, LTV), beyond just open rates.
  • Experience with HubSpot (required).
  • Experience with at least one in-app messaging tool (Pendo preferred).
  • Comfortable working with data, including pulling standard funnel reports and reading Amplitude or Sigma dashboards with team support.
  • Collaborative skills to work across Product, CX, and Partnerships for context, alignment, and creative assets without causing bottlenecks.
  • Candidates must be legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada.
  • This particular role is currently open to Canadian-based candidates only.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to product-led growth (PLG) motions.
  • Familiarity with health tech, EHR workflows, or the holistic health/wellness practitioner segment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, in-app via Pendo) to help practitioners discover and adopt relevant integrations.
  • Set up segmented, behavior-triggered campaigns for key moments like onboarding, plan changes, specialty signals, and risk of losing momentum.
  • Incorporate integration and engagement signals into risk scoring and support early-intervention and win-back campaigns for inactive or churned practitioners.
  • Assist lower-tier practitioners in finding the appropriate upgrade path when their workflow outgrows their current plan.
  • Track and report on attach rate, churn, and expansion trends by segment, cohort, and plan tier, identifying patterns for the broader team.
  • Manage day-to-day partner relationships with existing integration partners and assist in onboarding new partners.
  • Execute co-marketing campaigns with integration partners, including joint email sends, in-app promotions, webinars, and content.
  • Generate campaign reports for integration co-marketing, focusing on adoption lift, engagement rates, and conversion to active integration use.
  • Monitor integration funnel performance (awareness, first use, sustained engagement) using HubSpot, Pendo, and Amplitude.
  • Conduct A/B tests on messaging, timing, and offer mechanics to enhance campaign effectiveness in guiding practitioners to needed tools.
  • Surface practitioner behavior data and patterns indicating friction in the product adoption journey.
