Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Requirements
- 5+ years of CRM and email marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and segmentation tools (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform creative and strategic decisions
- Experience managing large-scale CRM databases and integrations
- Background in developing loyalty programs to increase dwell time and spend
Responsibilities
- Build and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels, supporting acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention goals
- Manage audience segmentation, automation, and personalization workflows
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations
- Partner with digital, social, and guest experience teams to enhance customer data use
- Develop strategy for loyalty program for district visitors inclusive of entertainment visitors, office workers, employees, and residents
- Perform other duties as assigned
