Lifecycle Growth & Analytics Manager

Fireclay Tile
$90,000 - $110,000Hybrid

About The Position

As the Lifecycle Growth & Analytics Manager, you will work across Fireclay’s homeowner, designer, trade, and commercial customer journeys. You will use data, experimentation, and AI to identify friction, build smarter lifecycle programs, and lead initiatives that improve conversion, retention, and long-term customer value. You will live in Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana, Claude, Slack and a variety of other tools that we use. This is not a narrow email-production role. You will own the lifecycle-growth experience across email, CRM, direct mail, relevant on-site touchpoints, and measurement—while partnering with Brand, Product, Growth, Sales, Client Success, and Technology. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, can be local to Aromas,CA or remote, and is full-time.

Requirements

  • You have personally diagnosed and led lifecycle or growth initiatives that produced measurable gains in conversion, retention, customer value, or qualified demand. You can clearly explain the problem, data, action, outcome, and learning.
  • You are analytically strong and data fluent. You can work from imperfect data, define the right questions, reconcile sources, find meaningful patterns, and turn insight into action.
  • You have hands-on experience building and improving lifecycle programs in a modern CRM and marketing-automation environment. HubSpot and Salesforce experience are essential.
  • You understand attribution, experimentation, segmentation, deliverability, and measurement—and know the difference between a platform metric and a commercial outcome.
  • You bring an AI-first working style: you use AI thoughtfully to accelerate analysis and execution, but do not outsource judgment, customer empathy, or data responsibility. You have built skills, projects, agents and more, and rely on AI for role optimization all day every day.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience serving both consumer/design-driven customers and trade or commercial customers is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a considered-purchase, project-based category—such as design, home, building materials, furnishings, or an adjacent industry—is especially relevant.
  • You are a collaborative, resourceful problem-solver who can earn trust across creative, sales, client-success, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own lifecycle strategy and operating rhythm across Fireclay’s homeowner, designer, trade, and commercial journeys.
  • Build, map, and continuously improve customer programs across email, CRM, direct mail, and relevant on-site touch points—including welcome, sample follow-up, project nurture, post-purchase, reactivation, and trade engagement.
  • Develop the customer data, segmentation, journey mapping, and measurement needed to understand how customers move from interest to sample, project, purchase, repeat purchase, and advocacy.
  • Lead the lifecycle measurement foundation: clear conversion definitions, trustworthy reporting, data-quality checks, and visibility into the largest points of friction and opportunity.
  • Create a disciplined experimentation program: hypotheses, creative and offer tests, measurement plans, decision thresholds, and clear recommendations on what to scale, stop, or learn next.
  • Own the lifecycle side of the Trade Program: activation, education, nurture, reactivation, and retention communications. Partner with Brand, Growth and Sales on program strategy, commercial terms, and account ownership.
  • Use AI to improve analysis, segmentation, personalization, campaign production, QA, and workflow design—without compromising judgment, data privacy, or the customer experience.
  • Partner with Technology on HubSpot–Salesforce data quality, lifecycle-stage alignment, and the systems requirements needed for better growth decisions.
