About The Position

This is a temporary position where the associate will be responsible for verifying that new life applications are complete, and the data entry involved to review and enter the life applications into our production system. This includes setting up the electronic fund transfer records (EFT) and verifying that all required forms and signatures are correct. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong math, analytical and problem-solving skills required
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
Strong customer service skills required
Solid verbal and written communication skills required
Strong computer skills required to quickly learn multiple systems
Must be able to work 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday from the office in West Des Moines, IA
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis
Not seeking candidates that need any type of immigration sponsorship now or in the future, such as additional or permanent work authorization
Not able to sponsor now or in the future, or take over sponsorship of, an employment visa or work authorization for this role
