Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong math, analytical and problem-solving skills required.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills required.
Strong customer service skills required, including solid verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills required to quickly learn multiple systems.
Must be able to work 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday from the office in West Des Moines, IA.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis.
No immigration sponsorship is being considered now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Verify that new life applications are complete.
Perform data entry to review and enter life applications into the production system.
Set up electronic fund transfer records (EFT).
Verify that all required forms and signatures are correct.
