About The Position
Ratehub Inc. is looking for a full-time Life Insurance Broker to add to our expanding team. This position requires an individual licensed in Ontario with excellent communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team. Our ideal candidate profile is someone working at a major bank or an insurance company as a licensed Life Insurance Broker. This is an amazing opportunity for somebody with a passion for sales, who is driven to become a successful Life Insurance Broker connecting with motivated buyers. High quality leads are provided daily! This is a fully remote role. Administrative support is provided. Competitive compensation structure - 100% commission. On-target earnings of up to $150,000. Regular business hours.
Requirements
- Strong sales background with a drive to attract new clients and close sales
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the insurance industry demonstrating a proven track record of success
- Ontario LLQP license in good standing
- Set minimum Credit Score requirement as set by the MGA
- Proficient in using sales tools and software
- Ability to multitask and pay strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks effectively and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Ability to develop and build client relationships

- Converting online leads into closed insurance policies
- Engaging with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice to ensure the best coverage for them
- Building rapport with new clients and strengthen existing relationships to establish a thriving trust-based client network
- Providing excellent customer experience to our clients
- Exhibiting a continued focus on service excellence
- Staying current with the latest industry knowledge, competition, and market trends
- Other responsibilities as assigned
