Requirements

  • Must be willing to obtain an LLQP license (with fully paid training and support).
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • No life insurance sales experience required.
  • Proven experience in customer service or sales.
  • A drive to succeed; ambitious and ready to make a difference.
  • Willingness to learn; eager to excel with provided training and support.
  • Strong communication skills; confident, articulate, and comfortable with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of warm leads through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Master life insurance products and tailor solutions for clients.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and provide life insurance advice.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with service and accuracy standards.
