Responsibilities
- Generating new business through warm and cold leads, referrals, and local outreach
- Consulting with clients to understand their needs and recommending customized insurance plans
- Selling and cross-selling a variety of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance
- Maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects and following up consistently
- Achieving individual and team sales targets to support agency success
- Providing excellent customer service and building lasting client relationships
- Documenting all activity in the agency CRM system and maintaining accurate records
- Staying informed on new products, underwriting guidelines, and industry changes
