About The Position
Farmers Insurance District 40 is looking for an experienced Life Insurance Agent to join their district office team. This role combines life insurance sales with coaching and supporting agency owners throughout Michigan. The agent will work directly with clients to provide personalized life insurance solutions and partner with Farmers agency owners to help them grow their life insurance business. This is an opportunity for individuals who enjoy educating others, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact.
Requirements
- Active Michigan Life Insurance License.
- Previous life insurance sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable leading training sessions and working with multiple agency teams.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for helping clients protect their families and financial futures.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend personalized life insurance solutions.
- Quote, present, and help close life insurance policies.
- Partner with Farmers agency owners to support life insurance sales and increase production.
- Lead product training and sales coaching for agency teams throughout the district.
- Assist agents with case design, underwriting questions, and the quoting process.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients through networking, referrals, and follow-up.
- Help identify cross-selling opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to the continued growth of District 40's life insurance business.
