About The Position
Our organization is growing and expanding into new territories and is hiring Life Insurance Agents to meet demand. No sales or industry experience is required; the organization provides in-house teaching, coaching, and training. Agents receive access to a qualified in-house lead system, so cold calling and relying on friends and family are not required. The role offers uncapped income, opportunities for advancement, and hands-on, real-time training with people. The stated average first-year income for new agents is $75,000–$95,000, with some earning more than $100,000 in their first year.
Requirements
- Be willing to be trained in the organization's platform.
- Obtain a state license.

Responsibilities
- Obtain a state license, with guidance from the organization.
- Once licensed, participate in a 30-minute conference call five days a week.
