About The Position

Beztak Senior Living is hiring a Life Enrichment Assistant/Driver to transport senior residents to outings, appointments, and events. The role also supports the Director of Life Enrichment in coordinating and facilitating resident activities and events inside and outside the community. Candidates must be willing and able to drive a company or personal vehicle for work-related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Commercial Driver’s License Class A or B with P endorsement.
• Clean driving record.
• Willingness and ability to drive for work-related purposes as needed.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• High integrity, a positive attitude, and a self-directed, mission-driven approach.
• Passion, dedication, and commitment to providing seniors with an engaging living environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive residents in community vehicles to social events, appointments, and special events.
• Encourage resident socialization and participation in activities and events to promote a positive community environment.
• Provide administrative support to the Life Enrichment team.
• Assist with setting up events and activities, including concerts.
• Help the Director of Life Enrichment maintain transportation vehicle records.
• Manage driving time and communicate clearly with the Life Enrichment Team, Concierge, and residents.
• Operate a company or personal vehicle as required to perform job duties.
• Handle high-pressure situations, interactions with difficult customers or vendors, urgent matters, and conflict resolution.
