About The Position

The Life Enrichment Assistant helps bring Kisco Senior Living’s Art of Living Well philosophy to life by creating engaging, meaningful experiences for residents. The role supports activities, events, and wellness programs that promote connection, purpose, and overall well-being. Working closely with residents and team members, the assistant helps create a vibrant community where each individual feels valued and inspired. The position is at Crestavilla and is scheduled Friday through Monday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Pay is $22 per hour.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in Life Enrichment programs, preferably with seniors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic competency using multiple forms of technology, including Microsoft Office applications, internet-based applications, and custom applications.
• Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead activities, events, and wellness programs for residents.
• Encourage participation and engagement in daily programming.
• Build relationships with residents and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with event setup, coordination, and execution.
• Support transportation scheduling and drive residents as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and community partners.
• Monitor resident well-being and communicate concerns.
