About The Position

Bridges by EPOCH at Nashua is hiring a part-time Life Enrichment Assistant, also referred to as an Activities Assistant, for its memory care assisted living community. The assistant implements activities and other programming to engage residents, completes required paperwork, and may provide support in other community departments as needed. The schedule is Sunday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., and Tuesday 10:15 a.m.–6:15 p.m., for 22.5 hours per week. The role includes transporting or escorting residents on community trips and requires the ability to drive a large van.

Requirements

• Be creative, enthusiastic, outgoing, dependable, reliable, and highly motivated.
• Be able to work independently.
• Have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and leadership abilities.
• Have some computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
• Have experience working and interacting with families in a customer-based senior living environment.
• Be willing to transport or escort residents on community trips.
• Be able to drive a large van.
