This is a remote, performance-based opportunity ideal for both new professionals and experienced agents seeking a more efficient system. The role involves connecting with individuals who have already expressed interest in learning more about benefits, rather than chasing leads. TWA offers training and support for all starting points to help individuals advance quickly. There are two career paths: Entry-Level (no license required) for those looking to launch a professional career, with licensing and onboarding support, daily coaching, mentorship, live training, and proven scripts. The Licensed Agents path is for professionals ready to maximize production, offering warm leads at no cost, a proven sales and enrollment system, no prospecting or lead purchases, and ongoing coaching to improve results and retention. Agents can focus more on helping clients and less on finding them.

Requirements

• Hold an active life insurance license
• Are licensed in another state and willing to add or transfer Georgia
• Qualify for a Georgia temporary license
• Have Georgia ties that support licensing eligibility
• Are new to the industry and willing to become licensed
• Strong communication skills
• Coachable and team-oriented
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable working remotely
• Willing to obtain or transfer a life insurance license

Responsibilities

• Meet with members who request information
• Educate families on life and supplemental benefits
• Guide clients through the enrollment process
• Maintain compliance and ongoing client support
