Requirements
- High school diploma completed.
- Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH B).
- Experience in leading processes and people.
- Experience in customer service/contact.
- Knowledge of specific technical characteristics of cars.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Availability to work in person.
Responsibilities
- Management of car reception and damage verification control.
- Car stock management.
- Direction and supervision of the car preparation procedure.
- Management of the daily delivery schedule.
- Management of the operation's NPS.
- Contact and reporting to headquarters for problem resolution and guideline alignment.
- Ensure team's aptitude for technical delivery with explanation of car operating details.
