Maintains consistent attention to the Restaurant entrance and welcomes all guests with a smile and appropriate greeting. This role involves managing reservations, coordinating with other hosts, and assisting with VIP reservations and special events. The Lead Host also escorts guests to their tables, presents menus, and communicates with wait staff to ensure guest satisfaction. Additional duties may include refilling beverages, setting tables, cleaning eating/serving areas, rolling silverware, expediting food orders, preparing to-go orders, and refilling table condiments. The position also requires assisting with guest inquiries, reporting maintenance issues, and adhering to company policies.
