Requirements

  • Solid sales experience.
  • Active CNH category B for more than 1 year.
  • Knowledge of Office Suite.
  • High School diploma completed.
  • Ability to work with goals and focus on results.
  • Motivation to sell and overcome challenges.
  • Empathy to gain customer trust, with optimism and persistence.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales goals, ensuring performance and excellence in results.
  • Execution of sales pillars: scheduling appointments, managing advertisements, capturing referrals, and providing consultative customer service.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from negotiation to vehicle delivery, including post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
