You'll independently manage your time and your client base, staying ahead of industry changes so your clients never have to worry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IRP titling and registrations for clients nationwide
• Build and maintain client relationships through light account management, checking in proactively, answering questions quickly, and ensuring clients always feel supported
• Process federal operating authority: US DOT numbers and MC numbers
• Handle new applications and annual renewals with accuracy and urgency
• Proactively track and manage clients' expiring registration renewals before issues arise
• Manage cases within Licensing and Owner-Operator accounts
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and warm-hand leads to CNS Insurance and the Hours-of-Service team for ELD needs
• Processing licensing tasks from CNS specialists and directly from clients: Auto titling and licensing, General notarization, State-specific licensing services
• Other duties as assigned; special projects
