About The Position
Union City Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide nursing care to patients on a PRN, as-needed schedule. The nurse monitors and assesses patients, provides compassionate care, collaborates with physicians and other nurses on individualized care plans, performs routine nursing procedures, documents care, and administers medications and treatments according to physician orders. Prior experience is preferred, and new graduates are welcome. The facility emphasizes teamwork, compassionate care, and an inclusive work environment. Requirements
- Current LVN license required.

Responsibilities
- Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide appropriate care.
- Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner.
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to develop individualized patient care plans.
- Perform routine procedures, such as measuring blood pressure and administering injections.
- Complete patients’ charts.
- Adjust and administer patient medications and provide treatments according to physician orders.
