About The Position
Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Licensed Vocational Nurse to join its nursing team on a part-time basis. The role provides quality care to residents and may cover AM, PM, or NOC shifts. The listed pay rate is $38.00–$43.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
Requirements
- Current and active California LVN license.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor and document residents' health conditions.
- Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
