About The Position

BrightStar Care is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide personalized, one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes throughout The Woodlands, Texas, and nearby communities. The LVN works closely with physicians, caregivers, and the clinical team to deliver care tailored to each patient’s needs, helping patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

The role offers day, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments, with flexible scheduling. BrightStar Care provides weekly pay through direct deposit, continuing education opportunities, career advancement, referral bonuses, and electronic charting systems. Requirements

• Active Texas LVN license.
• Current in-person CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• Active auto insurance.
• Recent TB test or chest X-ray.
• At least one year of nursing experience in home health, a clinic, or another healthcare setting.
• Demonstrate compassion, integrity, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to support continuity of care.
• Provide individualized one-on-one nursing services in patients’ homes.
