About The Position

VCA SouthPaws Veterinary Specialists & Emergency is hiring a full-time Overnight Licensed Veterinary Technician. This role is crucial in providing exceptional, cutting-edge medical care to furry patients in a busy emergency and specialty hospital. The position is located in Fairfax, VA.

Requirements

Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT).
Proven track record of providing exceptional patient care and advocating for patient well-being.
Proficiency in monitoring anesthesia, radiography, venipuncture, effective patient monitoring, and medication administration.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact compassionately with clients.
Flexibility in scheduling and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Competitive Compensation: LVTs at SouthPaws can earn $30.00 - $43.00/hour.
Overnight and weekend shifts include shift differentials of $5.00 - $7.00/hour.
