The team meets frequently and values associate input. The role is full-time, scheduled as three 12-hour overnight shifts. Compensation is $24.00–$34.00 per hour, based on skill set, experience, and licensure status. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is paid at 30 days and requires a 12-month retention period.
