Requirements

Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling.
Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT or LCSW-C
Experience with children, teens, and families.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Strong technological skills and learning new systems, including Zoom, GSuite (Google Calendar, Gmail, etc.), electronic health record systems, and other collaboration tools.
Committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred.
Weekend availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

Carry a caseload of 25–36 sessions per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth.
Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team — therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together.
Maintain timely documentation in our EHR.
Support families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the room.
