About The Position

This master’s level clinical position provides a variety of clinical services that may include tele-health. Duties include, individual, group, family counseling, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, crisis intervention and case management.

Requirements

  • Masters degree plus two years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Provide individual, group and family counseling or equivalent experience
  • Must hold appropriate licensure
  • Knowledge of regulations and laws governing mental health, behavioral, and addiction services, ethics, confidentiality, privacy, and other related areas
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Obtain AVADE Certification within 90 days of hire

  • Employees who hold an OHA Certified Health Care Interpreter certification are eligible for a $2.00/hour differential when utilizing their certification in their role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide diagnostic assessments with DSM V diagnoses, develop treatment plans, make referrals, provide individual, couple, family, and group counseling
  • As needed, provide crisis intervention, counseling, evaluations, and related services
  • Provide individualized case management to clients
  • Make appropriate referrals
  • Review treatment plans to ensure the delivery of appropriate interventions
  • Option to sign up for on-call crisis rotation with paid on call stipend
  • Option to work at the Region 3 Crisis center
