Requirements
- Current Illinois license (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW)
- 1-3 years of experience in behavioral health
- Passionate about supporting others
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 clinical session hours per week
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including at least 2 evenings per week until 9 pm or 1 evening per week until 9 pm and hours on Saturday or Sunday.
- Ability to conduct at least 8 sessions at prime time (5 pm - 9 pm weeknights) or weekends.

- Specialized training in areas such as Play Therapy, Art Therapy, DBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive mental health counseling and therapy services.
- Work with adults, families, couples, children, and adolescents.
- Offer multilingual care.
- Conduct a minimum of 12 client hours per week.
- Work at least 2 evenings per week until 9 pm or 1 evening per week until 9 pm and hours on Saturday or Sunday.
- Conduct at least 8 sessions at prime time (5 pm - 9 pm weeknights) or weekends.
- Potentially earn additional income through supervision and blog writing.
