About The Position

Join a growing integrated behavioral health team in Newnan, Georgia, in the Metro Atlanta area, as a full-time Licensed Therapist. Alongside traditional outpatient therapy, the role works closely with the interventional psychiatry team to support patients receiving Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and SPRAVATO (esketamine) treatment.

The therapist collaborates with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and care teams in a whole-person care model addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other behavioral health conditions. The organization provides operational support for scheduling, credentialing assistance, billing, intake, marketing and referral development, EMR and technology support, and office space. The role offers clinical independence, scheduling flexibility, the opportunity to develop specialty niches, and the chance to help shape programs.

Requirements

• Active Georgia license, or eligibility for licensure, in one of the following: LPC/APC, LCSW/LMSW, LMFT/AMFT, Psychologist, or other relevant behavioral health licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to patients.
• Provide therapeutic support and care coordination for patients receiving TMS and SPRAVATO.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and care teams to support treatment outcomes.
• Educate and guide patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Support an integrated care model focused on depression, anxiety, trauma, and other behavioral health conditions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and case consultation.
