About The Position

Join a growing integrated behavioral health team in Newnan, Georgia, in a full-time Licensed Therapist role. Alongside traditional outpatient therapy, the therapist works closely with the interventional psychiatry team to support patients receiving Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and SPRAVATO (esketamine) treatment.

The role involves collaboration with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and care teams in a whole-person care model addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other behavioral health conditions. The organization provides operational support, clinical independence, scheduling flexibility, and opportunities to develop specialty areas and help shape programs. Operational support includes scheduling, credentialing assistance, billing, intake, marketing and referral development, EMR and technology support, and office space.

Requirements

• Active Georgia license or eligibility for licensure in one of the following: LPC/APC, LCSW/LMSW, LMFT/AMFT, Psychologist, or other relevant behavioral health licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to patients.
• Provide therapeutic support and care coordination for patients receiving TMS and SPRAVATO.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and care teams to support treatment outcomes.
• Educate and guide patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Support an integrated care model focused on depression, anxiety, trauma, and other behavioral health conditions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and case consultation.
