Kindbridge Behavioral Health is seeking part-time therapists with an active clinical license to practice in California; California residency is not required. The role provides flexible, remote clinical work with individuals and families affected by gambling, gaming, and related behavioral challenges. Therapists can develop expertise in behavioral addictions while providing compassionate, evidence-based care. Kindbridge provides ongoing education, clinical consultation, peer support, and mentorship toward the International Certified Gambling Counselor (ICGC-I) credential. The organization supports insurance credentialing and additional state licensure, and handles administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, and collections so therapists can focus on clinical work. This is W-2 employment with flexible scheduling and a caseload aligned with the therapist’s availability and professional goals.
