About The Position

Kindbridge Behavioral Health is seeking part-time therapists licensed to practice in West Virginia; residency in West Virginia is not required. Therapists will provide remote behavioral health care to individuals and families affected by gambling, gaming, and related behavioral challenges. The role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in behavioral addictions through clinical training, consultation, mentorship, and support pursuing the International Certified Gambling Counselor (ICGC-I) credential. The organization handles credentialing, billing, insurance claims, collections, and other administrative tasks so therapists can focus on care. Therapists can set their own schedules and maintain a caseload aligned with their availability and professional goals. This is W-2 employment with flexible scheduling and remote work.

Requirements

• Active clinical licensure to practice in West Virginia, such as LPC, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or an equivalent license.
• Interest in gambling disorder, gaming disorder, and other behavioral challenges.
• Desire to pursue ICGC-I certification with company support.
• Commitment to evidence-based, client-centered care.
• Interest in collaborating with a team advancing innovation in teletherapy.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish fluency.
