Licensed Therapist - LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
About The Position
Wood Violet Recovery is seeking a fully-licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join their experienced interdisciplinary team in a voluntary residential mental health and substance use treatment setting. The role offers the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients and provide evidence-based care to adults with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring diagnoses. The Dodgeville campus provides a peaceful treatment environment, located 45 minutes from Madison, with free parking and a straightforward commute. The position emphasizes teamwork, autonomy, and helping clients achieve lasting recovery.
Requirements
- Active Wisconsin LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (required).
- 1+ year experience working with individuals in behavioral health.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling to clients in recovery and/or mental health treatment.
- Participate in treatment planning and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team.
- Lead therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
