About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking fully licensed therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare in the Greater Washington, Missouri area. The role offers a hybrid arrangement with telemedicine and in-person care, flexible scheduling, and autonomy over the clinician’s caseload. Therapists work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations, supported by modern offices, digital tools, and administrative support. Compensation is productivity-based, with an annual cash bonus incentive and sign-on bonus. This is a W-2 position.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Missouri as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Dependently licensed clinicians cannot be accommodated.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to patients.
