Licensed Therapist (Adults 18-60) | Remote | California License
About The Position
Daybreak Health is a telehealth company that provides mental healthcare, including services for adults through a partnership with Kaiser Permanente. The Licensed Therapist provides individual video therapy to adults ages 18–60 with mild-to-moderate mental health needs. The position is fully remote and open to clinicians licensed to practice in California, including those located anywhere in the United States. Therapists set their own schedules within Monday–Sunday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. Pacific Time; weekend work is optional. The role requires at least five sessions per week, with no stated maximum. Daybreak matches clients to clinician availability and books initial sessions. Compensation is $75–$95 per session, with guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations. The position is a 1099 independent contractor role.
Requirements
- Hold an active California license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP.
- Have experience providing individual therapy to adults.
- Be comfortable with telehealth and have experience delivering therapy through telehealth.
- Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible.
Responsibilities
