About The Position
Real House Inc. is seeking a qualified Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor to provide individualized treatment services to clients with a history of substance and/or alcohol use.
Requirements
- Current LCADC credential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Demonstrate reliable attendance
- Work flexible hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic databases
Responsibilities
- Conducting clinical assessments
- Determining appropriate levels of care
- Developing and updating client-centered treatment plans
- Facilitating individual and group counseling
- Coordinating referrals
- Preparing discharge plans
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
