About The Position

Equinox is seeking an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Licensed Spa Coordinator to help deliver a memorable experience for members and clients. The role involves greeting members, orienting spa clients to the facilities, and providing spa services. The coordinator also helps oversee staff and daily spa operations, promotes spa offerings, and maintains a safe, clean, and well-organized environment.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Florida Massage Therapy license.
• Have enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills.
• Enjoy working with people and have a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Have basic math and money-handling skills.
• Have excellent communication, listening, and computer skills.
• Be a team player.
• Have the legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and coach staff members.
• Conduct outreach marketing for the spa.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory, client relationships, and efforts to meet financial goals and budgets.
• Perform up to 10 treatments per week.
• Provide orientation tours, explain spa amenities, and answer guests’ questions.
• Describe spa treatments, packages, services, facility features, and hours of operation in detail.
• Promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, retail, and programming promotions.
• Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Monitor locker and facility areas to maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment.
