About The Position

Brave Health is hiring full-time Associate Therapists to provide outpatient services through its telehealth program. The role supports the organization’s mission to expand access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care, including care for people covered by Medicaid and Medicare, and patients across the lifespan. Employees work remotely from home and must have a private workspace suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.

The position is W-2 and offers a base salary of $60,000–$63,000, with an incentivized bonus structure for eligible employees. The Monday–Friday schedule has no weekends, with shift options of 10 a.m.–7 p.m. or 11 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern Time, and 9 a.m.–6 p.m. or 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Central Time. Requirements

• Master's-level degree and licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• A private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA purposes.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
• Ability to develop treatment plans and utilize comprehensive assessments.
• Comfort using technology throughout the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
