About The Position

Brave Health is seeking full-time Associate Therapists to provide outpatient services through its telehealth program. The organization uses technology to expand access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care, including care for people covered by Medicaid and Medicare. Clinicians serve patients across the lifespan and work remotely from home. The role includes a Monday–Friday schedule, with shift options of 10 a.m.–7 p.m. or 11 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern Time. Eligible employees may receive incentivized bonus pay, and bilingual candidates may receive additional compensation. The hiring process includes a brief questionnaire after application and, if there is a mutual fit, a conversation with a senior recruiter.

Requirements

• Master's-level degree and licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• A private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
• Meet background and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
• Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals.
• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments.
• Comfort using technology throughout the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in Spanish; additional compensation is offered to bilingual candidates.
• Proficiency in languages other than Spanish is a plus.
