About The Position

Brave Health is hiring full-time Associate Therapists to provide outpatient services through its telehealth program. The organization uses technology to expand access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care, including for people covered by Medicaid and Medicare. The team serves patients across the lifespan.

This is a fully remote role, with team members working from their own homes. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends, and shift options of 10 a.m.–7 p.m. or 11 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern Time. Compensation includes a base salary of $60,000–$63,000 and an incentivized bonus structure for eligible employees. Additional compensation is offered to bilingual candidates (Spanish).

The role requires a private home workspace suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements. Candidates must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. Requirements

• Master's-level degree and licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• A private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
• Meet background and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments.
• Comfort using technology throughout the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
• Fluency in English.
