About The Position

Senior Care Therapist Quality Moments is seeking a compassionate, client-centered, and reflective professional to join its Clinical Team and provide behavioral health services to adults in community and long-term care settings. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Required: Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or another equivalently licensed mental health professional.
• Passion for providing high-quality support aimed at improving the quality of life for aging adults.
• Prior experience with individuals experiencing out-of-home placement, the aging population, or other vulnerable populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including documentation, presentation, and real-time problem solving.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current automobile insurance meeting state minimum liability requirements.
• Ability to travel within Akron, Canton, and surrounding areas to work with clients in the community.

Responsibilities
