About The Position

Energy Services is hiring experienced Licensed Service Plumbers to provide residential plumbing services in the Naperville, Illinois area. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, inspecting homes, recommending solutions, and helping homeowners understand repair, replacement, and upgrade options. Candidates with installation experience are also welcome, and the company notes additional opportunities in installation and sales. Qualified licensed plumbers may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

Requirements

Active State of Illinois or City of Chicago Journeyman Plumbing License, or at least 24 months of experience documented on an Illinois Plumbing Apprentice Card; sponsorship does not need to be currently active.
At least 4 years of residential plumbing experience.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage assigned service calls.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to take and pass all required pre-employment checks.
Comfort using tablets and mobile dispatch technology.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems.
Perform plumbing inspections and recommend appropriate solutions.
Service and replace water heaters, fixtures, drains, sump pumps, piping, sewer lines, and other plumbing components.
Educate homeowners about repair, replacement, and upgrade options.
Deliver outstanding customer service and build trust with homeowners.
Complete work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Illinois plumbing codes.
Manage service calls independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work environment.
