About The Position

The Senior Portfolio Manager (SPM) will lead and oversee a property portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for property owners and ensuring strong relationships and communication. The role involves managing the entire property lifecycle, from showing and leasing to renewals and move-outs, while maintaining high occupancy and collection rates.

Requirements

Active Colorado Real Estate License Required
5+ years of Multi-Family property management experience
Basic knowledge of local leasing agreements, regulatory issues, terms etc.
Highly motivated and driven, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office technology
Must have strong communication skills and the ability to problem solve and complete multiple tasks within a narrow schedule
Must be strong organizational skills and have high attention to detail
Systems-oriented
Strong organizational skills
Must pass background check
High-functioning multi-tasking
Keeping a schedule

Nice To Haves

Bilingual – proficiency in Spanish
Experience with Appfolio
Prior sales experience preferable
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

Owner communications: main point of contact from start to finish
Oversee and delegate all aspects of showing, leasing, renewing and move outs of the properties in your portfolio
Maintaining a 95% occupancy and collections rate
Delegating tasks to the Assistant Portfolio Manager
