Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Clear a criminal background check.
• High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED).
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to facilitate progressive change, get along with other employees, follow directions and continually improve.
• Clear and effective oral and written communications skills.
• Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 2+ years Security/Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security operations.
• Ensure customer service excellence aligned with the company's mission.
• Facilitate progressive change and foster positive working relationships.
• Follow directions and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Perform duties within the facility, which may include pushing/pulling/carrying/lifting up to 25 lbs for event evacuation.
• Climb stairs.
• Sit, twist, turn, and bend as required.
• Stand for long periods of time.
