About The Position

While performing a variety of security and safety-related functions involved in the safeguarding of employees, patients, visitors, physicians and property, the Security Supervisor directly oversees the security officers and assists with the execution of their duties and performance. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: Security Services, UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital Primary Work Shift: Day Rotational Compensation Range: $25.12 - $35.87 per hour, depending on experience You will be eligible for benefits if you are hired into a regular position with at least 24 scheduled weekly hours. ----- NOTE: Full-time, .9 Day and Night Rotation Supervisor positions available. 12 hour shifts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Four years’ experience in a Security-related field
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a supervisory or related role
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Must meet requirements of New York State Security Guard Licensing program and successfully pass within 3 months of hire.
• CPR/Basic First Aid Certification. There is a 3‑month grace period from date of hire for candidates to complete CPR/Basic First Aid certification
