About The Position
Hair Cuttery is hiring a licensed hair stylist to provide salon services and build a successful clientele. Stylists can earn through service and retail commissions, tips, and a career ladder with commission increases and pricing levels that can grow as demand increases. The company provides walk-in guests, marketing support, tools, technology, and training. Top stylists working 30 or more hours with strong guest loyalty earn an average of $45 to $88 or more per hour, plus tips; earning $100,000 or more annually is described as within reach. Compensation is based on performance and meets wage law requirements. The role offers flexible scheduling and benefits including paid time off/vacation pay, advanced education, medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and recognition and rewards. The position requires a valid state-specific cosmetology or barber license and authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is unavailable. Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility is encouraged for peak earning potential. Hair Cuttery has openings in Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia.
Requirements
- Valid state-specific cosmetology or barber license.

- Skill in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is encouraged for peak earning potential.
